Industrial Maintenance Tech

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $22 - $30/hr.

Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday (need to be available for daily OT and saturdays)

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repairs, installation, and stock management
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems across the plant
• Coordinate and participate in scheduled and preventive maintenance activities
• Inspect and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems throughout the facility

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Relevant credentials: 100093, 100100, 100065
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and bending
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
