Land Surveyor

We are recruiting for a Survey Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage diverse surveying projects while mentoring field staff and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage survey projects from kickoff through final delivery. Prepare construction layout, as-built, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys. Lead and mentor survey field crews and office staff. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients to ensure quality service and project success. Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid documents for new work. Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations. Qualifications South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required. 7+ years of land surveying experience. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. FAA Part 107 Drone License is a plus.
