Pay Rate: $28.00/hour (weekly pay)

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (eligible for permanent hire after 90 days)

Lead a Production Team and Grow into a Permanent Role

Diverse Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Production Line Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on production experience and leadership skills who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory position.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of production associates on the line
• Assign tasks and ensure work meets production targets
• Monitor workflow and keep production running on schedule
• Train new employees on processes and safety procedures
• Track production output and report issues to management
• Ensure product quality and adherence to SOPs

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong communication and basic math skills

Work Environment

• Manufacturing production floor
• Fast-paced environment with production goals
• Standing and walking for full shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement
• Lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Overtime and weekends may be required based on production
