Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive Join Nominal to drive continuous testing solutions for industrial and defense customers, delivering enterprise sales across hardware organizations. About Nominal Nominal is building the software infrastructure powering the world’s most advanced hardware systems — from spacecraft and autonomous vehicles to next-generation industrial machines. Our platform ingests high‑rate telemetry, validates complex autonomy software in real time, and enables engineers to iterate faster while ensuring safety and precision. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales motion: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and forecast management. Build strategic relationships with decision makers at manufacturing and defense companies. Create account plans targeting innovative programs and expanding throughout the enterprise. Translate technical challenges into value propositions for C‑level executives, testing managers, systems architects, and finance teams. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver demos, discovery, compliance, and integration support. Lead the early sales team: define strategy, build culture, and recruit team members. Qualifications 3+ years closing enterprise or seven‑figure deals, preferably technical products with industrial customers. Experience in complex solution selling and cross‑functional team coordination. Technical fluency: understanding of systems architecture, mechanical engineering, or industrial workflows. Strong relational skills: building long‑term trust and navigating organizational dynamics. Preferred industry experience in data, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing. Leadership mindset and ability to mentor others in enterprise sales. Willingness to travel as needed. Supercharge Skills CRM and productivity tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Notion, Slack. Product knowledge: AWS, Azure, Databricks, Datadog, Snowflake, MATLAB, Grafana. Data engineering: SQL, Python, Pandas, Influx, Timescale, Spark, Arrow, Kafka. Background in mechanical engineering or heavy industry preferred.
