If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP AI Leader (Joule BTP) to join our team in Remote, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).SAP AI LEADER Key Responsibilities:A thought leader, deep technical competence, people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs.Define the SAP LE wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP, AI & AutomationAlign SAP BTP, AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfoliosPartner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go-to-market initiativesEngage and Lead CxO-level conversations on AI-led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programsRepresent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry eventsEstablish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governanceDrive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assetsCollaborate, Build, and lead a multi-region teamDefine workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planningPromote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence cultureBe responsible for AI led SAP offerings, tools, and outcomes such as downstream business Must Have Quals:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects or similar SAP Projects.Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule.Strong architectural design and system integration skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.Travel: This position requires travel on need basis.Reports to: SAP LE global leaderAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
