About the Position

Job Title: RN - Electrophysiology Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours (7A-7P) Experience: Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience with patient types such as RFA, PFA, cryo ablations, pacemakers, AICDs, lead extractions, generator changes, leadless pacemakers, loop recorders, and temp pacers. Description: The position involves working in an electrophysiology lab that provides care for adult patients. The lab includes 3 suites and handles an average of 125 cases monthly. The candidate will work with various patient types and common diagnoses. The role requires experience in moderate sedation administration and cardiac rhythm interpretation. Candidates must be comfortable with drip management and working with cardiovascular equipment. This opportunity is open to first-time travelers. Support within the department includes a manager, supervisor, central transport, and other healthcare professionals available during the day. Technology used includes electronic medical records software and various cardiovascular imaging systems. The unit culture is centered around a procedural lab environment, promoting a good overall atmosphere. Scrubs will be provided by the facility.
