Nurse Manager – ENT & Ambulatory Surgery Centers Atlanta, GA Area (Multi-Site) Full-Time | Clinical Leadership The Sycamore Group is partnering with a leading, growth-oriented ENT platform to identify a Nurse Manager who can provide clinical leadership across a multi-site (two location) practice environment. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced RN who thrives in fast-paced outpatient settings and has a strong background in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operations. Between the two locations, there are between 170-190 cases per month and growing. About the Opportunity This leader will oversee daily clinical operations across ENT and Allergy practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence. The Nurse Manager will partner closely with physicians, administrators, and executive leadership to drive quality outcomes and support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop nursing teams across multiple clinical locations Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, workflow, and patient care delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards Partner with physicians and operational leaders to improve patient outcomes Drive initiatives focused on patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency Support budgeting, staffing, equipment planning, and resource allocation Maintain a strong presence in clinical operations, providing hands-on leadership when needed Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications Active RN license BSN required; MSN or Healthcare Administration degree preferred 5+ years of nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibility Demonstrated experience leading ASC and/or OR operations is required Strong understanding of outpatient clinical operations, quality programs, and regulatory compliance Experience managing teams in a specialty physician practice environment preferred Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Ideal Background We are particularly interested in leaders who have managed clinical teams within: ENT Ophthalmology Orthopedics Plastic Surgery Other procedure-based specialties with significant ASC involvement #J-18808-Ljbffr The Sycamore Group
