Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver evidence-based mental health services to clients through online counseling and telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges. \n
- Implement therapeutic interventions under the guidance of experienced licensed professionals, using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. \n
- Monitor and manage client behaviors using evidence-informed behavior management strategies to advocate for positive changes. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to amplify client care. \n
- Provide educational resources, skills training, and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools to enhance their children's development. \n
- Track and measure client progress against treatment goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes. \n
You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families, each faced with unique challenges and backgrounds. Our clients present a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and family dynamics. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in tailoring therapeutic interventions that meet the distinct needs of each client.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State. \n
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with diverse populations is essential. \n
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and an array of holistic therapeutic techniques is highly preferred. \n
- Strong diagnostic skills and the capability to construct comprehensive treatment plans are imperative. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members. \n
Experience working within a remote therapeutic environment is considered a plus, as well as familiarity with telehealth systems and practices. Additional training in specialized therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, dental, and vision insurance.
