Company DescriptionHow You’ll Make an ImpactAs an Advisor, Financial Systems, you will serve as a strategic partner within the Finance organization, leading the implementation, optimization, and governance of key financial platforms, most notably our Sales Compensation system, Xactly Incent. You will bring deep technical and functional expertise while also mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement across financial planning and sales compensation operations.You will play a key leadership role in designing scalable, efficient processes, ensuring data integrity across systems, and enabling actionable insights for stakeholders in Finance, Sales Operations, and IT.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.What You’ll AchieveOwn the end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives related to sales compensation and planning—supporting both daily operations and long-term roadmap.Serve as lead administrator and experience with Sales Compensation Tools, managing configuration, system enhancements, and overall governance of plan implementation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT teams to ensure alignment of business requirements, integrations, and data workflows.Oversee the design and deployment of new compensation plans, including documentation, configuration, validation, and UAT processes.Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards, enabling Finance and Sales teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.Provide technical and functional leadership to junior members of the Financial Systems team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.Lead efforts to drive adoption and optimize system utilization, including user training, system documentation, and change management support.Stay informed of industry’s best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance and user experience.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.6–8 years of experience in sales operations or financial systems administration, design, or implementation, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Deep hands-on experience with sales compensation tools, rev ops and sales opsStrong data analysis and modeling skills using Excel; comfort validating system configuration with operational data.Solid understanding of relational and multidimensional data models and their use in financial systems.Proven ability to manage complex projects and balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Why You Might Stand OutPrior experience in mentoring or managing junior team members or cross-functional contributors.Strong familiarity with sales compensation governance and audit/compliance frameworks.Background in financial reporting, incentive design, or broader financial planning and analysis (FP&A).Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Tableau.Additional InformationWhen you join Epsilon, we’ll create something EPIC together. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
