Dialysis Outpatient RN — CAP Growth Track

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level RN in Tucson, AZ to join the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). The role focuses on kidney disease care, hemodialysis treatment planning, and coordination with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and PCTs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include data collection, plan updates, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
