Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making initiatives. This position will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting while partnering with leaders across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic finance professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and business initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare recurring financial reports and management presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Assist with long-range planning and business performance initiatives.
- Support process improvements related to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting complex business operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and reporting platforms.
- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to leadership teams.
This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, BC.
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
This is a fully remote position.
