Company: Charlotte's Top Roofing Company specializing in roofing, and gutters and offering expert installations and repairs tailored to both residential and commercial properties.
Position: Construction Sales Trainee -We're looking for motivated and driven individuals ready to build a high-income career in the roofing/gutter industry . No roofing sales experience is required.
Responsibilities
• Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with roof or gutter damage
• Perform roof/gutter inspections (training provided)
• Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing/gutter solutions
• Complete Paperwork

• Previous sales, canvassing or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to climb a ladder and conduct inspections
