High Reach Forklift (Crown or Raymond) Operator – Plant City, FL

Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until work is completed, typically 3:00–4:00 PM
Overtime: Approximately 5–10 hours per week as needed

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a warehouse facility in Plant City. This position requires prior reach truck experience and the ability to work in both standard warehouse and cold-storage environments.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate high-reach/reach truck equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products and materials
• Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck experience required
• Maintain accurate inventory and product placement
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in cold/freezer environments with temperatures reaching 0&degree;F ; protective freezer gear is provided
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic
• Must be available for overtime when required
• Candidates should be prepared to complete an in-person interview and equipment operating test
