Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Position Type: PRN (As Needed)

Dependable Hospice is expanding in the Phoenix area, and we're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing hospice team on a PRN basis.

• Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes and care facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the hospice nurse.
• Offer comfort, companionship, and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Current Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Minimum of one year of CNA experience required.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
