The team is committed to safety, patient education, and high-quality care, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients seeking aesthetic and wellness solutions.\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Physician Assistant role based in Duxbury, MA. The Physician Assistant will support surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including pre-operative assessments, assisting in the operating room, post-operative follow-up care and medication management. The role also involves performing aesthetic injectables and other medi-spa treatments, providing patient education on procedures and aftercare, and coordinating with the surgeon and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow. The Physician Assistant will help maintain clinical protocols, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience.\nQualifications\n\n\n Current Physician Assistant licensure in Massachusetts and certification from NCCPA (or eligibility), with strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.\n Experience or strong interest in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or women’s wellness, including familiarity with surgical and minimally invasive procedures.\n Knowledge of sterile technique, operating room protocols, and post-operative care, with attention to patient safety and infection control.\n Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic medical records, with organized, detail-oriented charting and follow-up.\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education, counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.\n Ability to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.\n Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and a respectful, inclusive environment for all patients and colleagues.\n CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and prior experience in outpatient surgical or medi-spa settings are preferred.\n
