Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ both radiographic and CT methodologies to generate high-quality diagnostic imagery for accurate physician reviews
• Work closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure precise diagnoses and subsequent care
• Skillfully position patients and adjust equipment settings to optimize imaging quality
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Maintain comprehensive records including imaging logs and necessary equipment maintenance
• Deliver empathetic patient care throughout each imaging experience
• Foster a safe, organized, and effective imaging surroundings

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential

Certifications Needed

• Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days post-hire

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge and adherence to diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Outstanding communication abilities with both patients and healthcare staff
