Quality Engineer (Complaint Handling) - Duncan, SC

Cytiva seeks a Quality Engineer to manage complaint handling, non-conformance investigations, and corrective action processes at a Duncan, SC manufacturing facility. The role involves root cause analysis, quality trend analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of regulated manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage product failure, non-conformance, CAPA, and complaint processes; conduct root cause analysis
• Follow up and verify CAPA implementation to prevent recurrence and facilitate timely closures
• Analyze manufacturing quality trends and implement continuous improvement practices using Lean principles
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams on process improvements
• Support deployment of quality methodologies including CDT&R, VOC, DRS, PSP, and FMEA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field (biomedical, chemical, pharma, industrial, mechanical, systems, quality, reliability)
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing or highly regulated environment
• Proficiency with data analysis and problem-solving tools
• Experience with risk assessment, process validation, and change control
• Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams
• Customer-facing interaction and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
