**Direct Support Professional (DSP)**

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting our students in achieving their full potential for independence, productivity, and inclusion in the community.

**About the Role:**

As a DSP, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide direct support to our students, including:

• **Daily Living Skills:** Assisting with personal care, meal planning, and other daily living activities to promote independence and self-advocacy.
• **Behavioral Supports:** Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive behaviors.
• **Therapy Assistance:** Providing support to our therapists in delivering ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services.
• **Communication:** Facilitating communication between staff, students, and families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each student's needs and goals.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide direct support to students with autism, including daily living skills, behavioral supports, and therapy assistance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Communicate effectively with staff members, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
