Recovery Coach & Peer Support Specialist
Ohio Department of Behavioral Health
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter to work full-time in our Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare Campus. You will build recovery-focused relationships, provide encouragement, and support individualized treatment planning in collaboration with clinical teams.
Responsibilities include leading psychoeducational groups, assisting with discharge planning, and connecting patients to community resources.
