Night Shift LPN

Our Night Shift LPN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical services to our residents at Friendly Nursing Home in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and/or physicians
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Rhode Island
High school diploma or equivalent required, nursing diploma or degree preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform duties that require frequent walking and standing
