The Remote Inside Sales Rep increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data. uses appropriate technologies and follows processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patientand physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness

JOB FUNCTIONS

Establishes customer contact by initiating followup outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequatelyassessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitatingphysician communication as necessary Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well asadhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits Provides customer followup as required Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, with the ability to trackand report progress of sales results Education High SchoolDiplomaor General Education Degree (GED) Required Work Experience Inside sales Required Computer, data-entry Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have excellent telephone customer service Must be computer literate English -- oral and written Must be at least 18 years of age Medical industry knowledge beneficial Type at least 25-30 words per minute This position requires use of your own equipment The company does provide the hard phone Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload) Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hardphone 2 modem/router ports are required Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM Browser: Chrome, Edge Operating System: Windows 11 (No Chromebooks, No Macs) Monitors: Dual monitors Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace: must be in a non shared room of the residence #J-18808-Ljbffr Lincare Holdings
