Job Description

Entry Level Concrete Laborer Position

$17/hr (90 day probationary period)

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete crew! Having experience is encouraged when applying but not required — willing to train the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete pouring and finishing.
Support formwork and site preparation.
Help set up and clean up jobsites.
Handle and move materials, including loads over 50 pounds.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
Follow jobsite safety instructions and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with the concrete crew.
Travel between multiple local jobsites and work outdoors.

Requirements:

Ability to assist with concrete finishing and material handling.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Commitment to jobsite safety.
Physical stamina and ability to perform labor involving loads over 50 pounds.
Reliability and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Professional workplace communication and responsiveness to calls and messages.
Reliable transportation to meet at the shop each morning.
Working cell phone for calls, text messages, and clocking in and out during workday hours.
