StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $385.09 - $416.85

This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Weekday 8am – 5pm, some night call, weekend call

· Practice Setting: Outpatient

· Types of Cases: standard vascular surgery cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications Required: must be board certified or truly board eligible

· Licensure Required: must have an active Illinois license
