What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the plant site Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel Follow site safety procedures and traffic regulations Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions Basic mechanical understanding and attention to operational details Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $23.98 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Eligible employees can earn up to a $1,250 performance-based retention bonus each quarter, paid quarterly based on achievement of established performance metrics.
