Temporary Dental Receptionist Shift
Temporary Dental Receptionist shift in Bloomington, IL on Thu, Oct 1, 2026. Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (practice local time). Pay: $31.43 per hour. Unpaid break: 60 minutes. Appointment block length: with no dedicated RDA.

Toothio will send you available Dental Receptionist shifts in your area directly to your phone and you can decide to accept and work the shift. Once you work the shift we will pay you as soon as you are done.
We are looking for Dental Receptionists with 1+ year of experience required, that are looking to set their own schedule and only work when it works for them.

We are looking for a competent dental receptionist who will make the dentist's office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You'll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental receptionists should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the dental office
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Answer calls
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Skills
- 1+ year of experience required
- Practice management software: Dentrix
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
