Occupational Therapist PRNWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. If you are passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulationsSkills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends if requiredJoin our dynamic team committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment.
