Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical NurseMeridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Our mission is to provide services of the finest quality so that those we serve will be able to achieve their goals!Job Title: Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Our Nursing Staff work in our Golden Valley office and regularly travel to our programs throughout the Twin Cities and Greater Metro region.Schedule: Monday-Friday regular daytime business hours; For the purpose of providing guidance and phone triaging, the Nurse will have an on-call rotation including mornings, evening, and weekends.Wage: Ranging from $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary based on licenseEssential Job Duties:Provide medical guidance, triage, and direction to our Program Management and Direct Support Professionals regarding any medical concerns or issues of persons we provide services to.Supervision of small team of LPN'sTeach medication administration class to Direct Support Professionals and management staff including some Saturday classesOn site training of medical procedures at our group homes including but not limited to catheters, diabetic procedures, DNI/DNRConduct audits of medication logs, health progress notes, medications, policy and procedure, appointments and orders, and medical documentation review at our different group homes and our day program.
