Job Description The Shipboard Electrical Systems (SES) Department is seeking an experienced IT Professional to join our IT Team. This position will allow an IT Professional to have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined role as part of a cross-site team administrating two computer networks. This position will provide opportunities to manage servers, network appliances, virtual infrastructure, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and provide advanced level user support. Responsibilities Configure and manage network infrastructure Perform hardware upgrades following an obsolescence management plan Follow NR cybersecurity polices and author CSCRs as necessary Lead IT projects that will benefit the NR Electrical Community Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Pay Range $86,100.00 - $134,600.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
