Job Summary – Operator I (Temecula, CA | Onsite)

We are hiring an Operator I for a 1-year onsite contract in Temecula, CA . Candidates must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing is a plus). This role involves assembling products using microscopes and hand tools while following detailed work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing/production/assembly experience
• Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred
• Comfortable working with microscopes and hand tools
• Must pass an eye exam and color vision test
• Strong English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
• Not considering warehouse, forklift, material handler, or Amazon-only backgrounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• During the intake call, ask about any upcoming vacations or planned time off .
