Looking for Solutions Design Consultant – Hybrid Roles Location: Pleasanton, CA - May need to attend events Onsite as needed - one or twice a month Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions Pay Rate: $93 - $97 on W2 No C2C or 1099 - Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved! The Solution Consultant serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define, design, and implement customer-centric digital and marketing technology solutions. This role will support Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Marketing Technology (MarTech), customer data activation, journey orchestration, personalization, and analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting, requirements management, solution design, and stakeholder management capabilities with hands-on knowledge of consumer data platforms, customer profiles, segmentation, identity resolution, marketing automation. Key Responsibilities Facilitate discussions and workshops across business, product, marketing, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams. Build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives. Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations. Drive consensus among cross-functional teams and support executive decision-making. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Gather functional requirements, business requirements analysis, logical design, hand-over and support for IT Engineering and Testing Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements artifacts. Define end-to-end business processes, data flows, integration patterns, and activation workflows. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards. Support design reviews and recommend scalable, reusable platform capabilities. Consumer Data Platform & MarTech Enablement Lead solutioning activities related to: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) Marketo Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Identity Resolution Consumer 360 Platforms Personalization and Journey Orchestration Required Qualifications: MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in Solution Design Consulting Experience implementing and supporting Consumer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer 360 and MarTech ecosystems. Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
