We are hiring for a  Cabinet Sales and Design Specialist  that are independent designers working directly with homeowners, contractors and dealers to uniquely design kitchen and bathrooms.

Corporate Office Hours:  Monday – Friday, Days and Hours flexible

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Independently design kitchens and bathrooms using current software, product knowledge and project experience to innovatively and uniquely meet our customer needs. Designs include creation of blueprint.
• Works on project from design through order and completion,
• Responsible for insuring department profitability.
• Marketing of design work and customer contact.
• Networking to develop relationships with contractors, dealers and their customers. Responsible for all department customer communication.
• Maintain design knowledge with industry innovation to continue to meet client needs and also business needs, including product recommendation, etc.
• Job site visits/measure and travel to dealer locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in kitchen design and 20/20 software required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 20/20 Software
