Retail & Pawn Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Job Description

Are you energetic, reliable, and love interacting with people? We are a fast-paced pawn store looking for a dependable Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. No prior pawn experience? No problem! We will fully train the right person. If you have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Provide outgoing, friendly, and personable customer service.
Assist customers with loans, buys, and retail sales.
Use basic computer skills to log inventory and process transactions.
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.

What We Look For

Core Traits: Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and a positive team-player attitude.
Skills: Basic math skills and comfortable using computers.
Flexibility: Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Experience in customer service, retail, or online sales (eBay, Marketplace, etc.) is a plus, but not required .
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
A clean record is required.

Schedule & Hours

This is a stable, full-time position with the following schedule:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: Two Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
