Are you energetic, reliable, and love interacting with people? We are a fast-paced pawn store looking for a dependable Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. No prior pawn experience? No problem! We will fully train the right person. If you have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outgoing, friendly, and personable customer service.
- Assist customers with loans, buys, and retail sales.
- Use basic computer skills to log inventory and process transactions.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
What We Look For
- Core Traits: Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Skills: Basic math skills and comfortable using computers.
- Flexibility: Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Experience in customer service, retail, or online sales (eBay, Marketplace, etc.) is a plus, but not required .
- Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- A clean record is required.
Schedule & Hours
This is a stable, full-time position with the following schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: Two Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
