Cook III
Palm Beach County, FL
Assists Food Service Manager with quantity and quality of food preparation, purchasing and maintaining inventories, and quality and quantity control. Follows recipes and menus; prepares and serves meals to residents and staff; cleans kitchen, equipment, and dining area; maintains sanitation of food storage and preparation surfaces. General direction is received from an Administrative Superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT The selected candidate for this position MUST:
- Obtain Certification as a Professional Food Manager (in accordance with State of Florida Legislation) within six (6) months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications include: • One (1) year of experience maintaining records, inventories, and purchase orders.
