MARKETING LEAD

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats — think social media, content creation, graphic design, photography/video, digital marketing, website updates, branding, and customer engagement. If you like variety and don’t want to spend every day doing the exact same thing, this could be a great opportunity for you!

✨ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns
• Create and manage engaging social media content
• Capture and edit photography and video content
• Design brochures, digital materials, presentations, signage, and promotional pieces
• Maintain and update website content and landing pages
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Assist with digital advertising and brand initiatives
• Track social media, website, and campaign performance
• Research trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities
• Support trade shows, events, customer visits, and promotional activities
• Partner with other departments and provide additional customer support during busy seasons

• 2+ years of marketing experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with relevant internship experience

• Strong social media and content creation skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

• Photography and videography skills

• Basic website management/design experience, such as Squarespace or similar platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and project management abilities

• Someone creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

BONUS POINTS FOR:
Experience within agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, nursery, or a related industry, along with experience in digital marketing, branding, SEO, or marketing analytics.
