Operations Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a large-scale endpoint device refresh and end-of-life replacement initiative across multiple healthcare facilities in Oregon and Washington. This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate deployment teams, and ensure successful execution of device rollouts in alignment with client timelines and operational standards. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee 14 IT Deployment Technicians across multiple sites Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders for all operational updates Manage execution of device refresh activities including imaging, deployment, swap-outs, and asset tracking Ensure deployments stay on track with project timelines, site schedules, and go-live milestones Coordinate daily operations across locations (Roseburg, Pendleton, Tacoma, Silverdale, etc.) Monitor technician performance, attendance, and productivity Resolve day-to-day operational issues including scheduling conflicts, access challenges, and escalations Partner with onboarding and recruiting teams to ensure smooth ramp-up and staffing continuity Track and report on deployment progress, risks, and key metrics We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
