Field Reimbursement Manager - Orlando, FL

argenx seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager in Orlando to serve as a reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers. The role involves educating customers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, and appeals while collaborating cross-functionally to remove therapy access barriers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement resource for assigned healthcare provider territory through in-person and virtual engagement
• Educate providers on patient access pathways, coverage policies, prior authorizations, appeals, and patient support resources
• Develop account-specific access strategies and help providers navigate reimbursement barriers
• Collaborate with Patient Services, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to address access challenges and escalations
• Manage territory through CRM tools and data analytics to track activities, identify opportunities, and report performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy
• Expertise with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement models and payer policies
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare providers
• Experience supporting specialty therapies in neurology, immunology, or rare disease
• Knowledge of prior authorizations, claims, appeals, and specialty pharmacy distribution
