Service Valet We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team at Kelly Volkswagen Inc! The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include transporting customers, providing excellent customer service, and monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance. Benefits Competitive Pay Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental on Day 1 of Employment 401K after 90 days Vacation Time Paid Time Off Sick Time Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel Run errands for the dealership as directed Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record Good interpersonal skills Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record Positive outlook with a high-energy personality About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
