About the Role

Our facility is actively seeking a dedicated Urology Physician to become part of a vibrant team consisting of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, handling a wide range of urology cases—from elective procedures to trauma—within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized urology suites, including an ESWL suite and outpatient surgery center.
• Manage surgical cases with the assistance of experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, da Vinci robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.
• Participate in a call schedule of 7 days per month or less, supported by Advanced Practice Providers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum salary of $700,000, with potential for higher earnings based on wRVUs.
• Signing bonus of $100,000 along with paid relocation assistance.
• Opportunity for excess call pay if desired.
