Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor (DOQ) The Department of Dermatology at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine invites applications for a new tenure-track faculty position at any academic rank. We seek outstanding candidates pursuing innovative research in any area relevant to dermatology, including but not limited to cutaneous oncology, skin microbiome and host interactions, inflammatory skin diseases, wound healing and tissue regeneration, genetic and rare skin disorders, skin aging and photobiology, and artificial intelligence and digital health in dermatology. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust, independent research program that complements and enhances existing departmental and institutional strengths. Collaborate with clinicians and scientists, including opportunities to work with the Melanoma Center at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Participate in a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art core facilities and clinical research infrastructure. Potential leadership roles within the department for qualified candidates. Qualifications Hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree. Strong record of scholarly achievement and extramural funding appropriate to career stage. Clinician‑scientists strongly encouraged to apply.
