Automotive Service Advisor
Hometown Chevrolet Buick GMC has an opening for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a very busy State of the Art Facility Chevrolet, Buick, GMC store.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus and must have sales experience! Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

Automotive Service Advisor will receive:

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Communicating work flow with customers and technicians
- Greeting customers in a professional manner
- Accurate write up of customer concerns
- Convey expected cost and obtaining approval of repairs
- Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Performing any additional task assigned by management
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude
- Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive related experience
- Commitment to being a team player
- Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 to $100,000 a year DOE
