2128 ELMWOOD AVE, Buffalo, NY 14207, USA ADMINISTRATIVE Full-Time Requisition #: SPECI029778 Description Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews and evaluates candidate applications to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for job postings. Coordinates scheduling interviews with recruiters. Completes employment reference verifications for candidates in process. Submits background checks for the Statewide Central Registry (SCR) check and additional pre-employment background checks. Complies with all agency policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience preferred. Ability to travel to various locations located in but not limited to Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Monroe County. Effective communication skills. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
