Responsibilities Liaise with the Maintenance team and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance. Comply with all statutory and company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property. Ensure that proactive and reactive day‑to‑day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards. Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests. Qualifications Strong experience in a similar role, ideally 1‑2 years. Ability to deliver great service to guests. Some painting experience preferred.
