What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB certifications
• Proficiency in ventilator management, critical care drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and hemodynamic lines
• Ability to manage diverse acuity levels, from infants to end-of-life care
• Strong assessment skills, trauma stabilization, and experience with multispecialty cases including medical, cardiac, neuro, ortho, and trauma patients
• Excellent knowledge of emergency protocols, patient stabilization, and acute interventions
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to deployment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TPA administration and stroke management
• Familiarity with MedSurg RN responsibilities
• Experience working within Meditech Expanse EMR or similar electronic health records
• Additional certifications in advanced trauma life support or specialty areas

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• 2+ years of emergency department or critical care nursing experience
• Previous traveler or acute care experience is preferred but not mandatory for seasoned professionals

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and every other weekend rotation
• Ability to work 3- or 4-day shifts with rotating schedules
• Willingness to support a traveler-friendly environment with a professional demeanor
• Scrub color code: Pewter; uniforms available at scrub shops
