Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches. You’ll create personalized treatment plans, support clients in building coping skills, and help drive positive, lasting change. Candidates must hold a provisional license in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide individual, group, and family counseling under supervision to support client treatment goals.* Conduct intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments within required timeframes.* Determine and document diagnoses; develop and update individualized treatment plans.* Participate in clinical meetings and provide case feedback.* Meet departmental service goals (CSGs).* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are authorized and documented timely.* Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and resolve charting deficiencies.* Support client transitions, including discharge planning and final documentation.* Complete required trainings and maintain regulatory/accreditation compliance.* Represent the agency professionally and build positive relationships with stakeholders.* Respond to crises and coordinate emergency services as needed.* Provide supervision, training, and clinical guidance when qualified.* Facilitate therapy sessions and specialty services (e.g., trauma, co-occurring).* Offer clinical consultation and support to team members.* Support organizational goals and perform additional duties as assigned.**Education and Experience:*** Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.* Holds provisional licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state that they are practicing as a professional counselor or social worker.* Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PLMFT)* Must be able to obtain full licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state they are practicing as a professional counselor or social worker.
