Director, Compensation

Leading the global strategy and execution of sales incentive compensation programs, the full-time remote Sales Compensation Director will manage plan design, analytics, and operational execution while serving as a strategic partner to HR and Revenue leadership. Key responsibilities Lead the annual sales compensation plan design process for B2B SaaS and non-recurring revenue models, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives Model compensation scenarios and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, facilitating the final approval process Oversee the execution and calculation of variable compensation plans within Everstage, ensuring payout accuracy and effective communication with payees Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales compensation or incentive management, including 5+ years in a management role Expertise in designing incentive plans within B2B SaaS environments and familiarity with non-recurring revenue models Experience with commission management platforms, preferably Everstage, and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling Operational knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and deal flows, along with experience in data warehousing and analytics platforms like Tableau and Snowflake Strong coaching and performance management skills suited for a distributed team environment
