The practice values clinical excellence, clear communication, and collaborative care. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Physical Therapist role based in Havertown, PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, setting functional goals, documenting care in accordance with professional and payer standards, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and self‑management strategies. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes. The Physical Therapist will also support clinic operations by maintaining a safe treatment environment, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive, patient‑centered culture. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and design evidence‑based treatment plans. Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality Patient Care, including clear communication, patient education, and building trust with diverse populations. Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post‑surgical conditions, including safe and appropriate use of clinical guidelines. Ability to develop and progress Home Care and home exercise programs that support long‑term outcomes and patient independence. Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records. Ability to work on‑site full time, manage a varied caseload, and collaborate effectively in a team‑based clinical environment.
