Medical Spa Guest Services Representative & Social Media Content Creator - Part-Time Position: Medical Spa Guest Services Representative & In-office Social Media Content Creator Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Flexible availability required, including coverage for team vacations and requested time off About the Position We are looking for a friendly, polished, dependable, and creative individual to join our medical spa team in a unique dual role combining Guest Services and Social Media Content Creation . This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, creating an exceptional guest experience, and capturing engaging social media content. You will be an important part of both the day-to-day experience inside our medical spa and the way our brand is represented online. Because we are a small, team-oriented practice, schedule flexibility is an important requirement for this position. The ideal candidate must be willing and available to help provide additional coverage when team members are on vacation or have approved time off. Guest Services Responsibilities Warmly greet guests and create a welcoming, elevated experience from arrival through checkout Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Assist guests with general questions regarding services, treatments, memberships, promotions, and products Check guests in and out and accurately process payments Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records Help keep the reception, retail, and guest areas clean, organized, and presentation-ready Support providers and other team members throughout the day as needed Assist with opening and/or closing responsibilities when scheduled Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and guest confidentiality Help create the warm, polished, high-touch experience our guests expect Social Media & Content Creation Responsibilities Create engaging, on-brand content in the medical spa during scheduled shifts Capture photos and short-form video content of treatments, providers, products, events, promotions, and appropriate behind-the-scenes moments Assist with brainstorming creative content ideas that are current, engaging, educational, and aligned with our brand Film short-form videos and Reels Write or assist with captions, calls to action, and promotional messaging Help maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across social media Stay current on social media trends, sounds, formats, and content opportunities that are appropriate for a professional medical aesthetics brand Work comfortably with providers and team members to capture authentic, engaging content Follow all practice guidelines regarding patient privacy, consent, before-and-after photography, and content approval What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, polished, and professional Reliable and punctual Comfortable speaking with guests both in person and over the phone Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Creative and confident using social media Comfortable taking photos and videos and appearing on camera when appropriate Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Able to take initiative while also following brand and practice guidelines A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, beauty industry, hospitality, retail, customer service, marketing, or social media is preferred but not necessarily required for the right candidate. Schedule & Availability This is a part-time, in-office position . Candidates must have flexibility in their availability. An important requirement of this role is the ability to provide additional coverage for staff vacations and approved time-off requests. While regular part-time hours will be established, there will be weeks when additional availability may be needed to help support the team. Candidates with extremely limited or inflexible availability may not be the best fit for this position. Why Join Our Team?
