Preferred Experience and Desired Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Georgia
• Previous experience working as a 1:1 nurse in a school environment preferred
• Knowledge and competency in g-tube and J-tube feeding, oxygen supplementation, and seizure management
• Experience with oral suctioning, vital signs monitoring, and asthma care
• Skilled in medication administration and emergency response protocols
• Reliable early morning availability, including ability to accompany student on school bus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive 1:1 nursing care to a 5th grade student both at home and during school hours
• Prepare and administer g-tube feeds, monitor vitals, provide supplemental oxygen as needed, and attend to seizure and asthma management
• Meet the student at their home each morning, ride the bus to and from school per IEP and physician's orders, and ensure safety in transit
• Carry out oral suctioning and medication administration following healthcare plans
• Maintain precise documentation of nursing care, medication, and student response
• Collaborate with school staff and families to communicate health updates and ensure continuity of care
