Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Technician to join our team at a dynamic End-Stage Renal Dialysis facility. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Operate dialysis equipment and monitor patients during the dialysis process.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the dialysis area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health standards.

Provide support and education to patients regarding their treatment and care.

Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Current CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting, with a focus on End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Renvio, is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, with strong communication skills.

Proficient at managing multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.

The facility is equipped with 12 chairs and operates with a typical staffing ratio of 1 technician per 4 patients, along with 1 registered nurse handling 8-12 patients per shift. The team is dedicated to ensuring high-quality care and a positive experience for all patients.

Scrub colors may vary; flexibility in attire is anticipated.
