Join us in the journey of creating moments worth remembering and sharing. What You’ll Do Guest Arrival& Departure Greet guestswarmly at the entrance and provide a genuine, personalized welcome. Assist guestswith luggage handling, including tagging, delivery to rooms, and securestorage. Escort guests totheir rooms, explaining hotel features, services, and amenities. Coordinatetransportation arrangements, including valet, taxis, ride services, and privatetransfers. Provide a fondfarewell by offering prompt assistance with luggage and departure needs. Anticipate guestneeds proactively and provide intuitive assistance in line with ForbesFive-Star standards. Maintain clearknowledge of hotel outlets, room types, promotions, and local attractions. Offer tailoredrecommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities. Respond promptlyand professionally to guest inquiries or concerns. OperationalResponsibilities Maintain thecleanliness and organization of the lobby, and luggage areas. Record and trackall luggage deliveries, pickups, and storage using hotel protocols. Assist withconcierge duties when necessary. Support securityefforts by monitoring traffic flow, guest activity, and unattended items. Collaborateclosely with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping teams to ensureflawless guest experiences. Qualifications Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred; Forbes or AAAFive-Diamond experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsible and safety-focused Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights andholidays Professional demeanor and uniform Abilityto lift, carry, and move heavy luggage safely and efficiently.
